The Route
The Asthma Walk is a 5K (3.1 mile) route through beautiful Golden Gate Park. If you prefer to do a shorter walk, there will be official shortcuts marked along the route.

We will be posting the Start location and route information in early September.

Form a Team!
We encourage you to put together a TEAM for the Asthma Walk. It's easy, rewarding, and a great way to build camaraderie among your friends, family, or co-workers while supporting the fight against asthma. We'll provide you with everything you need to build your team.

Kick-off Luncheon
As a Team Captain, you'll be our guest at our Kickoff Luncheon on Wednesday, August 27 in San Francisco.  Please call us with your name, address, and phone number so we can add you to the guest list and mail you an invitation. Even if you're not a team captain, let us know if you would like to join us at the luncheon. This is a great opportunity to meet our Team Captains, Honorary Chair SF Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, and others.
