Head butt on asthma!!
Help me do a major head butt on asthma!

Please contribute to help raise money for Asthma Walk 2006 that takes place Sept 24, 2006.

To help encourage you to give, those who contribute $50 or more to the cause, are placed in a raffle for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Gemelli's, a fabulous upscale Italian restaurant run by the Busalachi family, at Fifth and Laurel . $100 or more gives you 2 chances, etc. How many charities have you given to where this happens?

Of course, any size donation is appreciated.

It has been a tough financial time for health non-profits recently, including the ALA of San Diego and Imperial County chapter, and so the viability of ALA programs like Asthma Camp, the Asthma Coalition, Better Breathers Club, the Asthma Clinical Research Network, and other asthma-related services, are at risk. They need your support.

It's easy to give:
1. Just register your donation amount on this website, or.
2. Send me an email ([email protected]) and give me the amount you want to contribute, and your mailing address, and I will send you a letter with a return envelope enclosed, or,
2. Send me a check at 9610 Granite Ridge Drive, SD, CA 92123. Make check payable to ALASDIC.

I greatly appreciate it!!

Mike Welch
