Thank you for visiting my Lake Tour Bike Trek fundraising page. I have been riding for the American Lung Association for 10 years with the Spokes Team. This year, however, is a special year for me. I am riding for a friend who recently passed away from lung cancer in February 2009 - Kathy Brandt. Kathy was a resident of Wheaton and dedicated to health and wellness. She enjoyed spin classes, yoga and a chair at the poolside. She was a super person and would be thrilled to know our Spokes Team will be dedicating our ride to her.
As a rememberance to Kathy and to fight the continuing battle of lung disease, you can make a tax deductable online donation, right here on this page! All donations (100%) go to the American Lung Association (ALA). Donations are made payable to the ALA through your credit card; but if you prefer to write a check, contact me for the information.
