Please join me in my efforts to make an impact in the lives of the estimated 35 million Americans who suffer from lung disease.
I think everyone knows somebody with lung disease. Whether its asthma, emphysema, lung cancer or COPD. There are millions of people in the country who suffer every day.
I got involved with this event in memory of my sister Becky. She was just 31 when she died 5 years ago. She was born with a very rare lung disease and unfortunately took her too early.
For over 100 years, the American Lung Association has offered hope to people living with asthma, emphysema, lung cancer and other lung diseases.
The 2010 Fight For Air Climb is my way of helping to raise money for various community programs and research. I'm climbing 50 floors in honor of my sister. Please join me in my walk or donate if you would like to support me and my sisters memory. |
