Improving lung health for 100 years |
|
The American Lung Association is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2004. For 100 years, it has been a champion of lung health, eradicating tuberculosis, fighting the tobacco industry, advocating on behalf of those with lung disease, and ensuring that you and your children can breathe clean, healthy air. Their mission affects everyone -- infants, children, parents, grandparents, workers -- anyone who breathes.
Where would we be today without the American Lung Association?
Five Years ago my mom quit smoking after 35 years and began teaching quit smoking classes for the American Lung Association. In 2002 she lost her husband, my father, to lung cancer. On May 11, 2004 she also passed away from lung cancer.
Please join me in supporting the important work of the American Lung Association to honor my parents Rick & Betty Fenske.
I am personally donating $1,000.
Best Regards,
Rich
