We are the Breathing Beauties, a team of School Nurses from the Richardson Independent School District. There are approximately 2360 students with asthma in our School District. Each day we care for and provide support to our students with asthma. It is vital for them to have early recognition and prompt treatment of their asthma in the school setting. Donations we collect as a team will go towards the lung association's asthma education programs, asthma camps, groundbreaking lung research, and advocacy activities in our area, as well as statewide.
