| Let's Fight Lung Disease Together! |
|
We climb and raise money to fight asthma and lung disease in all its forms. Why? The statistics are staggering- 35 million Americans are currently suffering from lung disease- and everyone is affected in some way. Clean air, smokefree environments, and healthy lungs- it all counts and we need your help.
The Breathe for Becky team climbs in memory of our captains sister, Becky. She was only 31 when she passed away from a very rare lung disease. We are climbing to raise awareness about people like Becky and to raise money for research to help people like her out.
Join our team or donate to help raise money to fight lung disease during the Philadelphia Fight For Air Climb on March 20, 2010 at the Bell Atlantic Tower. Money raised will fund life saving education programs, advocacy and research. This will be a fun time for the entire family and most importantly, money raised will be put to work to save lives.
