The Capital Cabal is Washington, DC's premiere business networking group, with over 2,500 professionals on our list and growing. We've formed this team, "Capedal Cabal" to come together for a great time, a great cause, and to generally kill an entire weekend.
Join our team! The Maryland ALA folks put on a great weekend, and biking or skating through Maryland's Eastern Shore is a wonderful way to clear out the cobwebs. This is *not* some big, heavy race - all skill/endurance levels are welcome! There are ride lengths to support every preference, the food and drink is plentiful, there's a great crab feast on Saturday night, and plenty of staff to scoop you off the highway should you need assistance.
With this type of support you'll be pleasantly surprised as to what you can accomplish!
If you cannot make the ride that weekend please consider contributing to our overall team goal. The Maryland Chapter of the ALA is a great group and your money will be very well spent:

Now is your chance to help. Support us as we ride in the Chesapeake Bay Asthma Ride May 31 & June 1. The money raised from this event goes to help the many children in the region with asthma by funding research and educational programs like Tools for Schools, Camp Superkids, and Open Airways.
