To provide continuing education in the form of current diagnostic, management and research concepts as presented by local and regional experts.

Physicians, nurses, and other public health professionals working towards the elimination of tuberculosis in the United States.

Methods of Payment Accepted Online:

2. Checks: You can register online and select "Check" as the payment method. HOWEVER, we do not actually process the check electronically. UPDATE: You DO NOT have to enter the bank name, check number, and check date when registering. This informatoion is OPTIONAL. You will receive an email stating that the registration fee is "due by check". After registering online, YOU MUST MAIL THE CHECK to the American Lung Association at the address listed below. Please included a copy of your registration receipt along with the check.
Please Note about online registrations:
1. When registering multiple persons online, you must do so one at a time.
2. When regestering online, you must download the Medical Questionnaire in the "Download Forms" section to the left. Please mail or fax the questionnaire to the American Lung Association using the information below or you may bring the forms with you on the day of check-in.
