The Diane Emdin Sachs Lung Cancer Walk
will take place on
Saturday, October 7 (Rain or Shine!)
Registration Begins: 10:00 am
Walk Begins: 11:00 am
Location: Jones Beach State Park, Field #5
Smokers and non-smokers, young and old, are affected by this fatal disease.
If you are concerned about lung cancer, small cell cancer, and/or lung disease, come join us at Jones Beach State Park.
This event will benefit the American Lung Association of New York State
By participating in this fun four-mile walk, you can help the American Lung Association:

Involve and empower families affected by cancer and lung disease.
Diane Emdin Sachs passed away at age 39, leaving her 2 very young children. She had small cell carcinoma. It was her wish to hold a walk to raise awareness and money towards a cure.
