The 45th annual Chest Disease Conference is designed for pulmonary physicians and other respiratory care specialists.The conference is being held at Sunriver Resort in Central Oregon and the schedule is arranged for both educational and recreational opportunities.
Faculty disclosure information will be provided to participants at on-site registration.

Credits
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American Thoracic Society, the Oregon Thoracic Society and the Amercian Lung Association of Oregon. The American Thoracic Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
