Days until Camp Wyatt: 108
Asthma Camp is a great place to make new friends, spend time outdoors and learn about asthma. With nearly 30 counselors, and a medical staff with doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists, campers learn to control their asthma while doing things they love.

Camp Wyatt has a rock wall, egg drop, karaoke, canoeing, swimming and more. In addition, campers learn when to take their asthma medication, how to control it, and what triggers asthma attacks.

The camp is for 8 to 12 year-olds who have moderate to severe asthma. Parents can relax knowing their child is under the supervision of around- the-clock medical personnel.

The camp fee is $200.00. If full payment cannot be made at one time, $50.00 will hold a reservation with the remaining $150.00 due by June 15, 2009. You can pay with credit card online or mail a check to: American Lung Association in Utah, Attn: Spencer Slade,
1930 S. 1100 E., Salt Lake City, UT 84106

If you are in need of financial assistance, please
download, fill out the application and write a letter explaining your situation. Also, in order to best serve those who need financial assistance the most, we are asking for a copy of your 2008 taxes and 2 paystubs. Those who fit the federal poverty limits will receive priority.
If it is necessary to cancel registration after June 22, 2009, the $50.00 registration fee is non-refundable. Please be understanding of this, as funds are spent prior to camp based on registration.

The health form must be turned in by June 15, 2009. Please note that this year's application is slightly different and longer than it may have been in the past. Please be sure to fill out the form in its entirety.
