"Improving Life, One Breath at a Time"

American Lung Association of Vermont's annual

"Blow the Whistle on Asthma" Walk

Join us and Blow the Whistle on Asthma. Take a short walk to support the estimated 10,996 Vermont children and 40, 235 Vermont adults who live with asthma. Together we can make a difference!
Mission: The American Lung Association of Vermont's mission is to promote lung health and prevent lung disease through education, advocacy, and research. Two key programs supported by the Asthma Walk include:
 
1)      Cutting edge asthma research through the American Lung Association Asthma Clinical Research Center at the University of Vermont - one of only 20 in the United States and the only one serving a rural area.
 
2)      The American Lung Association of Vermont's "Champ Camp For Kids With Asthmais located in No. Hero, VT and provides children between the ages of 8-12 who live from moderate to severe asthma with the opportunity to attend a traditional summer camp to learn how to better manage their disease. 
Camp is provided at full scholarship to families!
