The American Lung Associaton of Kansas Golf Privilege Club book entitles each member to

 reduced rates and 2 for 1 deals at over 120 golf courses and driving ranges.  Several courses

 have unlimited number of plays throughout the year.  At just $40, it will pay for itself after one

or two uses!  Golf facilities are located throughout the state.
