This Luxury Vacation Passport offer is valid for two persons. Accommodations are for 3 days and 2 nights in selected cities. Additional nights are available upon request at special rates.

To be eligible for this offer, travelers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. For travel outside the United States, travelers need proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. U.S. resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card.  Non U.S. aliens need a valid passport and valid U.S.  Multiple Re-Entry Visa. U.S. resident aliens and non U.S. aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents. Offer valid for residents of United States and Canada only.

To receive your Luxury Vacation Passport you must complete the attached Registration Validation Form and return via U.S. mail within 30 days of the Issue Date indicated. The Luxury Vacation Passport offer expires 13 months from your activation date and all travel must be completed by that date.

After receipt of your completed form, PTS Travel will mail you information and a Registration Activation Form. This form must be returned within 30 Days from the issue date noted with a $50 refundable deposit in the form of U.S Postal Money Order. Any other form of payment will void the offer. Refunds may be requested anytime prior to 12 months after activation.

After payment and Registration Activation Form is received, you will be mailed a Welcome Aboard application so you may request your destination and travel dates.  All reservation requirements in this certificate must be met. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your request. You must select two travel dates 30 days apart for your getaway. Traveling guests are responsible for hotel taxes and resort fees.  These fees must be paid immediately by credit card, cashier's check or money order once your travel request has been reserved and confirmed.

This program is for promotional use only and cannot be sold to the end-user and cannot be redeemed for cash. Your Luxury Vacation Passport is non-transferable after activation.

Airline tickets, airport transfers, parking and miscellaneous expenses are not included. Travel Insurance and arrangements may be purchased through PTS Travel.

Offer is capacity controlled and is subject to availability. There may be additional charges for weekend and high season  travel. Surcharges may also apply to hotels designated as Gold or Platinum properties or locations. Offer is not applicable for holiday travel.

Only one Luxury Vacation Passport certificate per household may be used in a 13-month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package.

This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. The certificate number and issue date on the Registration Validation Form must be completely filled out by the participating sponsor to validate your Luxury Vacation Passport.

PTS Travel is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/
or any other circumstances beyond its control, causing the package to become unavailable. PTS Travel reserves the right to substitute the components of the vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require.
