Time: 8:01 a.m. (Doors open at 7:00 a.m.)
Starting times will be assigned in advance and will be emailed to participants and also available at packet pick-up. Participants must arrive 30 minutes before their start time.
Registration
Registration deadline is February 8, 2009. No event day registration is allowed. You may register online at this site, or by returning a registration form signed and completed with your non-refundable fee to: American Lung Association of Wisconsin, 13100 W. Lisbon Road, Suite 700, Brookfield, WI 53005. A registration fee is required when you register plus a minimum of $100 in donations is due on or before the race day. Each participant receives an event t-shirt and refreshments.
Start Times
Start times are assigned in advance and will be emailed to participants and posted on the event website. Mail-in registration forms received in the same envelope will be given consecutive start times. All team members will climb in consecutive order.
Packet Pick-up
The American Lung Association of Wisconsin office will be open on Thursday, February 12 (7:30 a.m.-7:00 pm) and Friday, February 13 (7:30 a.m.-7:00 pm) at 13100 W. Lisbon Road, Suite, 700, Brookfield. Participants can pick up their packets (t-shirt and bib number) and turn in donations before the event. Those unable to stop by the American Lung Association of Wisconsin office can receive everything the day of the event. Timing chips will be given to you at the check-in table the day of the event.
Participants will be timed by the Accu-Split Timing Co. using the ChampionChip system. Any participant not returning the chip will be billed $30. Official results will be available within a day of the race and posted at www.racershub.com.

Awards will be available for pick-up at the American Lung Association of Wisconsin office in Brookfield approximately 6 weeks after the event.
Fundraising
We encourage you to continue to raise donations over and above the minimum $100 required until March 31, 2009, to be eligible for the outstanding incentive prizes.
Donations are tax-deductible. Checks should be made payable to the American Lung Association of Wisconsin. Donations can be mailed (with the exception of cash) to: American Lung Association of Wisconsin, 13100 W. Lisbon Road, Suite 700, Brookfield, WI 53005.
E-fundraising
We encourage you to continue to make use of the e-fundraising tools found at http://www.climbala.org. Friends and family who support your climb can make tax-deductible donations with a credit card. We've even supplied a sample letter and facts for you to use. It's easy and it works!
Parking
Parking is available in the U.S. Bank structure for $3. Free street parking may also be available.
Gear Check
Do NOT bring valuable belongings to the Stair Climb. Gear check must be minimal to ensure a speedy process; therefore, it is primarily for jackets, sweats, and street shoes.
Climbing Instructions
You may run. You may walk. Hand rails are on either side; you pass ONLY on the right. For the safety and respect of the building and its tenants, if you must exit before you complete the climb, volunteers will be available to assist you.
Appropriate Attire
Wear comfortable clothing, which is appropriate for a workout or run. Proper shoes are essential. Running, walking, or cross-training shoes are key to a successful climb. Bib numbers should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
Water Stations
Water stations will be located on various floors throughout the stairwell and at the finish line.
Medical Assistance
Medical staff will be on site for those who may need any assistance within the stairwell and at the finish line.
Age Restriction
Participants must be age 13 and older. A parent or guardian will be asked to sign a waiver.
