Join us and Blow the Whistle on Asthma. Take a three-mile walk to support the over 24 million Americans who suffer from Asthma. Together we can make a difference.
Join us on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing for a walk along the water!
Walkers are encouraged to set a personal fundraising goal of at least $100 to support the ALA mission to promote lung health and prevent lung disease through research, advocacy and community education programs. There is no registration fee to participate in the Walk. We challenge you to challenge yourself and see how much you can raise for this important cause.
Registration begins at 9:00am and the walk begins at 10:00am.
The Great Plaza is located at the Penn's Landing waterfront on the Delaware River between Walnut St. and Chestnut St., next to the Hyatt Regency Penn's Landing Hotel.
