How can you take part in a training ride?
To derive the most enjoyment from the trek, you should be in good physical condition and well acquainted with your bicycle and its seat. For several weeks prior to the trek, we suggest riding several times a week for at least an hour each time. When you are comfortable with that level of conditioning, try several longer rides, graduating up from 10 to 30 miles.
