Training Rides

This year, Spokes will be hosting 2 training rides to better prepare you for the Lake Tour Bike Trek. The sessions are free and will begin at the Spokes Wheaton location, where owner and LTBT participant, Raouf Radi, will lead the bike clinic and ride.
